To ensures access to your valet tickets, after downloading the app, register using the mobile number provided during ticket issuance.

On the login page, click the “reset your password” link. Enter your email address on the next page. You’ll receive an automated email with a link to create a new password. After resetting your password, return to the login page to sign in.
After you register, you’ll receive a text message containing a “One-Time Password.” Enter this code on the phone verification page to confirm your mobile number and gain access to your permits.
Note: Steps may vary slightly depending on the specific version of your operating system.
After your car is parked and entered into the system, you’ll see a “Request Vehicle” button. To have your car retrieved by valet, tap this button, choose your preferred pick-up zone, and then submit your request.
As the permit owner, you have the option to share your ticket with other drivers for added flexibility.
To share access, navigate to the permit details page and click the “Add” button in the Drivers section. Then, enter the mobile number of the additional driver on the “Add Driver” page.
An SMS will be automatically sent to invite them to the app. Once they verify their details, they’ll have access to the shared permit. You can remove any additional drivers at any time.
With Summon, you can view “Issued, Opened, and Closed” permits. To see these tickets, you’ll need to verify your mobile number in the system. After your number is verified, any permanent permits linked to that phone number will be displayed on your account.
