We offer a contactless valet solution by removing the exchange of paper and replacing it with a digital version that allows guests to request vehicles, pay, and tip from their mobile device.
Contactless check-ins
The Summon App replaces the paper ticket with a web ticket issued with the Summon app and sent via SMS to the guest. This process ensures no contact between the valet attendant and the guest while providing guests a delightful experience.
Contactless vehicle request
Guest can request their vehicle at any time from their mobile device. This process ensures no contact between the valet attendant and the guest avoiding paper ticket exchange and preventing overcrowding at the stand resulting in happier guests.
Contactless payments & tips.
Guest can pay and tip at any time from their mobile device. This process ensures no contact between the valet attendant and the guest avoiding cash exchange while increasing tips up to 40%.
