Recurring Valet Programs via Billing Plans

Valet subscriptions are a customer-facing use case built on billing plans and billing accounts. Define a plan with a recurring price, enroll subscribers on an account, and charge the plan base fee on each statement cycle — weekly, biweekly, or monthly — through the merchant billing system. Ideal for residential buildings, commercial properties, and regular fleet or member customers.

How subscriptions work

Valet subscriptions are powered by billing plans and billing accounts — not a separate subscription engine. You define the plan, enroll the customer, and recurring charges post through merchant billing statements.

Billing Plans as Subscription Tiers
Define subscription-style plans with a recurring base fee on weekly, biweekly, or monthly intervals — the same billing plans used across merchant billing.
Billing Accounts per Customer
Enroll each subscriber in a billing account at your location. One account per customer keeps recurring charges and usage on a single statement.
Recurring Base Fee on Statements
When a new statement opens, the enrolled plan's base fee posts automatically as a line item — so monthly (or other cycle) subscription charges flow through the billing system.
Included Services
Add entitlements to a plan so subscribers get included quantities of catalog services each statement or month before additional charges apply.
Usage on the Same Statement
Charges from work orders post to the same billing account statement alongside the plan base fee, so subscription and per-visit usage settle together.
Plan Discounts
Apply fixed price, percent off, or amount off discounts to products when subscribers use services beyond what the plan includes.

Benefits

Run resident parking, monthly valet packages, and fleet programs on the same merchant billing foundation — plans for what customers buy, accounts for who they are.

Predictable Recurring Revenue
Plan base fees post to each statement cycle, giving you a recurring charge alongside any per-visit work order usage on the same account.
Long-Term Customer Relationships
Billing accounts keep subscriber identity, enrolled plan, and statement history in one place at each location.
Flexible Billing Cycles
Match how you sell subscriptions — weekly, biweekly, or monthly plan intervals align with your statement cycles.
Plans Plus Usage in One Statement
Residents or fleet customers see plan fees and service charges together, so subscription value and overage usage are easy to reconcile.
Controlled Account Status
Suspend or close billing accounts when a subscription ends, so new charges stop posting while you settle open statements.
Statement-Based Collection
Collect payment when the statement is due — record cash or card payments against the statement total in the operator app.

Subscriptions = plans + accounts

A billing plan sets the subscription price, billing interval, included services, and discounts. A billing account links that plan to a customer at your location. When a statement opens, the plan base fee posts automatically; charges from work orders can post to the same statement. This is merchant billing for your customers — separate from your Summon platform subscription.
